Description
This course will provide an introduction to Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and the CASEL five framework in children. Ideas around encouraging these skills at home or in community settings will be shared. Many of these skills and ideas this course discusses can also be applied to adult populations.

Monthly Mini-Courses are short courses (30 minutes) that cover a variety of topics that might be geared for either family caregivers, respite providers, or both. These courses may focus on children, adult, elderly, or lifespan topics.
