This course provides information about the National Respite Care Provider Training, the Respite Care Professional Core Competencies, and an overview of the online training system. Once a learner completes this course, they will be enrolled in the 10 courses of the Respite Care Provider Training.

This training has basic information about respite care and provides a certificate of completion. This training is not a certification, does not include CPR training or disability-specific information, and is not Medicaid certified.
